We hope that you have fallen in love with your products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase we can exchange, repair or issue a store credit to the value of the goods. Refunds are not accepted unless the items are faulty – see below.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit the following conditions must be met:
- Items returned unworn, unmarked or damaged in anyway.
- Tags and labels to be still attached in the same condition as it was received.
- Items to be returned with 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Include a proof of purchase ie receipt, invoice or order.
- The cost of postage for returning & exchanging the items is the responsibility of
Princess for a Knight reserves the right to not accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Under Australian Consumer Law items with a minor problem can be repaired or replaced. Items with a major problem can be refunded or replaced. A major problem consists of:
- Item wouldn’t be purchased if you knew about the problem
- Its unsafe
- Doesn’t match the sample or description
- It doesn’t do what the business said it would and can’t easily be fixed.
Please keep proof of purchase to return or receive a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
